M/s. Shalivahana Green Energy Limited has acquired Konark Power Projects Limited having a 7.5 MW biomass based power project at Tumkur District, Karnataka. The license to set up the unit was issued by Karnataka Renewable Energy Development Authority.

M/s. Shalivahana Green Energy Limited set up a 10.00 MW Power Project with total cost of Rs. 42.00 Crores. The project has been sanctioned by the Maharashtra Energy Development Agency (MEDA) and Financed by IREDA and IDBI.

M/s.Rake Power Limited, a subsidiary company of M/s. Shalivahana Green Energy Limited established 10.00 MW power plant in Nagpur district with project cost Rs. 48.00 Crores. This project has been allotted by the Govt. of Maharashtra. The debt portion of the project is been financed by IDBI and UCO

M/s.Shalivahana Green Energy Limited, has established 20.00 MW power plant in Dhenknal, Angul district with project cost Rs. 95.00 Crores. This project has been allotted by the Govt. of Orissa. The debt portion of the project is been financed by IDBI and UCO Bank.
